5.矩形波导过渡

Rectangular to Rectangular Adapters in Overlapping Bands

Supports conversion between any standard waveguides in the WR series

Rectangular to Rectangular Waveguide Transition is used to achieve low-loss, low-VSWR seamless connection between two rectangular waveguides of different sizes or specifications. It mainly solves problems such as interconnection of waveguides in different frequency bands, system cascading, and equipment interface mismatch, making it one of the most commonly used passive transition components in microwave and millimeter-wave systems.

Product Features

  • Smooth transition between different waveguide sizes

    Supports conversion between any standard waveguides in the WR series, such as WR90 ↔ WR62, WR62 ↔ WR42, WR42 ↔ WR28, WR137 ↔ WR90, etc.

  • Low VSWR and low insertion loss

Adopts linear tapered or multi-step impedance matching structure.

    Typical VSWR ≤ 1.10~1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.1~0.3 dB.

  • High power capacity

All-metal structure (aluminum / brass, inner wall silver-plated), with power capacity close to the rated value of the corresponding waveguide, suitable for high-power radar and transmitting systems.

  • Standard flange interfaces

Both ends are equipped with international standard flanges such as UG/CPRG/FBP, which are ready for installation and feature high versatility.
