Developed for airborne, shipborne and ground high-power radars, high-energy microwave emission, phased array feeding, and high-power TT&C systems, it retains 360° unlimited continuous rotation capability. Through comprehensive engineering improvements including thickened cavity walls, wide-gap optimized choke structures, high thermal conductivity materials, dual-bearing rigid support, gas-filled hermetic sealing and smooth field shaping design, it eliminates critical failures of conventional rotary joints under high-power operation, such as electric field peak arcing, dielectric breakdown, thermal burnout, VSWR deterioration, radiation leakage and service life degradation.
It serves as the only reliable solution for rotary power feeding in high-power transmission links. Available in full structural configurations including in-line I-type, right-angle L-type and double-bend U-type. The high-power I-type is highly recommended, featuring the most uniform electromagnetic field distribution and maximum power margin.
