Circular Waveguide to Coaxial Adapter

Support UG, CPRG, FBP and various custom circular waveguide flanges, with high versatility and easy installation.

 

Circular waveguide-to-coaxial adapters are used to realize low-loss, low-VSWR mode conversion between circular waveguide modes (TE₁₁, TM₀₁, etc.) and 50 Ω coaxial interfaces. Widely applied in satellite communications, radar feeds, radio astronomy, microwave measurement and high-power transmission systems, they serve as key transition components between circular waveguide antennas, rotary joints, filters and coaxial equipment.

  • Standard Circular Waveguide Sizes Supported

    Cover various standard inner-diameter circular waveguides from C-band to W-band, matching common satellite communication and radar frequency bands.

  • Various Coaxial Interfaces Available

    Support SMA, N-type, 2.92 mm (K-type), 3.5 mm, 2.4 mm and other high-frequency connectors to meet different frequency and power requirements.

  • Low VSWR & Low Insertion Loss

    Adopt precision coaxial probe with choke matching structure for efficient and stable mode conversion.

    Typical VSWR ≤ 1.15–1.30, insertion loss ≤ 0.2–0.5 dB.

Two Common Structures

  • End-launch Type: Coaxial line and waveguide are axially aligned, providing minimum insertion loss.
  • Right-angle / 90° Type: Saves installation space.
  • Standard Flange Interfaces:Support UG, CPRG, FBP and various custom circular waveguide flanges, with high versatility and easy installation.
